Delivery and installation
- Our pieces are made to fit yourself (DIY). Every box has the screws, wall plugs, a drilling template and step-by-step instructions.
- Prefer us to fit it? Add installation when you order. It is an optional service, charged separately from the product price, and the amount is shown before you pay.
- Installation is done by our team or by an installation partner we appoint. Either way, we stay responsible for the job.
- For wall-mounted pieces, tell us your wall type when you add installation (brick, RCC, AAC block or drywall) so the installer brings the right anchors.
Returns and replacement
- Report transit damage or a defect within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace the part or the piece.
- Please film a video while you unbox, and take photos of the product and the packaging. Replacement claims need the unboxing video and these photos.
- Please keep the original packaging until the piece is fitted.
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched.
Warranty
- 3-year warranty from the date of delivery, against manufacturing defects in the board, metal frame, brackets, hinges, latches and fittings.
- Covered: a joint or bracket that works loose, a hinge or latch that stops working, a bracket that bends within the rated load, and edge banding or laminate that lifts on its own.
- Not covered: damage from water, damp walls or direct heat; loads above the rated load; scratches, dents and normal wear; a wall that gives way; or a piece that was refitted, altered or repaired by someone other than us or our appointed installer.
- To claim, send us your order number with photos or a short video. We repair or replace the faulty part, or the whole piece if it can't be repaired.
Common questions
Do I need to assemble it myself?
Our pieces are easy to fit yourself, and the box has everything you need. If you'd rather we fit it, add installation when you order. It is charged separately and shown before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
Orders before 12:30 pm are dispatched the same day, later orders the next working day. Delivery takes 4–5 days in Maharashtra and 5–7 days across the rest of India. Delivery is free.
Can I get a GST invoice?
Yes. Add your GSTIN at checkout and the invoice is emailed with your order.
Which payment methods can I use?
UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, EMI and cash on delivery for eligible pincodes.
Can I get a different size or finish?
Often, yes. Tap “Make it yours” on the product and our team will call you.
