SPACEKIN is a brand of Athashree Marketing LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India (GSTIN 27ABQFA9166N1ZI), with its office at Office No. 216, Mangonest, Sinhgad Road, near Lokmat Press, Pune, Maharashtra 411068. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you shop with us, why, and the choices you have. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Details you give us: your name, phone number, email, delivery address and pincode, your wall type for installation, and your GSTIN if you want a GST invoice.
- Order details: what you bought, prices, delivery and installation status, and any replacement or warranty claim, including the photos and videos you send.
- Messages you send us on WhatsApp, by email, through a call-back request or a bulk-order enquiry.
- Payments are handled by our payment gateway, Razorpay. We never see or store your full card, UPI PIN or bank login.
- Your cart and wishlist are saved in your own browser so they are still there when you come back. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies today. If we add them, this policy will say so first.
Why we use it
- To take, deliver and install your order, and to send order updates (confirmation, dispatch, delivery, installation) on WhatsApp, SMS or email.
- To handle replacement, warranty and refund requests, and to issue invoices as tax law requires.
- To reply when you contact us.
- Marketing messages, such as a reminder about a cart you left or a new product, are sent only if you ticked the box to receive them. Every marketing message tells you how to stop them, and you can reply STOP on WhatsApp at any time.
Who we share it with
- Only the people who help us complete your order: delivery and logistics partners, the installation partner we appoint, our payment gateway (Razorpay), and the services that send our messages (Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform and our email provider) and host our website.
- Each gets only what it needs for that job. We never sell or rent your personal data.
- We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
- Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax and accounting laws require.
- Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it. Other data is deleted or anonymised once it is no longer needed.
Your rights
- You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it (except records the law requires us to keep).
- You can withdraw consent for marketing at any time. It does not affect order updates for an order you have placed.
- You can nominate someone to exercise these rights for you, and you can raise a complaint with our grievance officer. You can reach us through the details on our Contact page.
Security and children
- We protect your data with access controls and encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and limit it to the people who need it.
- Our store is meant for adults. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to place the order.
