SPACEKIN is a brand of Athashree Marketing LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India (GSTIN 27ABQFA9166N1ZI), with its office at Office No. 216, Mangonest, Sinhgad Road, near Lokmat Press, Pune, Maharashtra 411068. These terms apply when you use this website and when you buy from us. By placing an order you agree to them.
Products and photos
- We show each product's size, material and finish as accurately as we can. Wood grain and colour can vary slightly between photos, screens and batches.
- Room photos are illustrative. They show how a piece can look in a home, not the exact accessories included.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in Indian rupees and include GST.
- Delivery is included in the price. Installation is an optional add-on, charged separately and shown before you pay, never at your door.
- You can pay by UPI, card, net banking or EMI through Razorpay, or cash on delivery where it is available for your pincode. Cash on delivery orders are confirmed with you on WhatsApp before dispatch.
- If a price is shown wrongly because of a clear error, or an item is no longer available, we will tell you and either cancel the order with a full refund or let you choose.
Your order
- Your order is confirmed when we send the order confirmation. Delivery and installation follow our Shipping and delivery policy.
- You can cancel free of charge before dispatch. Replacement, refund and warranty are covered by our Cancellation and refund policy and our Warranty policy.
- Our pieces are made to fit yourself. If you add installation, please tell us your wall type correctly so the installer brings the right anchors.
Responsibility
- We stand behind our products under our warranty and replacement policies. Beyond those, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as floods, strikes or transport shutdowns. We will keep you informed and you may cancel for a full refund if the delay is long.
Using this website
- The SPACEKIN name, logo, KIN character, product designs, photos and text belong to us. Please do not copy them without our written permission.
- Please do not misuse the site, for example by placing fake orders or trying to break its security.
Disputes and changes
- These terms are governed by Indian law. Any dispute is subject to the courts at Pune, Maharashtra. You can always raise a complaint with our grievance officer first, and we will try to resolve it quickly. You can reach us through the details on our Contact page.
- We may update these terms. The version on this page on the day you order applies to that order.
