How and when your order reaches you, and how installation is arranged.

Where and when we deliver

We ship from our factory in Pune to pincodes across India that our courier partners serve. Enter your pincode on the product page to check that we deliver to you.
Orders placed before 12:30 pm are dispatched the same day. Orders after 12:30 pm are dispatched the next working day.
Delivery usually takes 4–5 days within Maharashtra and 5–7 days to the rest of India, depending on your pincode.
We ship with India Post and DTDC. Delivery is free: it is included in the price you see.

We send updates on WhatsApp and email when your order is confirmed, dispatched and delivered. You can also check it on the Track order page.
Need to change your address? Tell us before dispatch and we will update it at no cost.

Please check the outer packaging when it arrives, and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt.
Film a video while you unbox and take photos of the product and packaging. Replacement claims need them.
If no one is available, our delivery partner will contact you to arrange another attempt.

Our pieces are made to fit yourself (DIY). Every box has the screws, wall plugs, a drilling template and step-by-step instructions.
Prefer us to fit it? Add installation when you order. It is an optional service, charged separately from the product price, and the amount is shown before you pay.
Installation is done by our team or by an installation partner we appoint. Either way, we stay responsible for the job.
For wall-mounted pieces, tell us your wall type when you add installation (brick, RCC, AAC block or drywall) so the installer brings the right anchors.
