Warranty policy

What the warranty covers

• 3-year warranty from the date of delivery, against manufacturing defects in the board, metal frame, brackets, hinges, latches and fittings.
• Covered: a joint or bracket that works loose, a hinge or latch that stops working, a bracket that bends within the rated load, and edge banding or laminate that lifts on its own.
• Not covered: damage from water, damp walls or direct heat; loads above the rated load; scratches, dents and normal wear; a wall that gives way; or a piece that was refitted, altered or repaired by someone other than us or our appointed installer.
• To claim, send us your order number with photos or a short video. We repair or replace the faulty part, or the whole piece if it can't be repaired.
